Community Mediator Training
Prepares participants for the phases of the Community Board mediation process, including:
Case development
Communication of the conflict
Shared understanding & cooperation
Reaching & drafting agreements
Gain hands-on experience to:
Facilitate effective discussion
Remain impartial
Deal with strong emotion
Build trust
Create workable agreements
10% discounts for students & seniors, signing up with a friend, and volunteering are cumulative for up to a 30% discount.

Refund policy: Cancellations after 9/23/24 result in an 80% refund. Alternatively, we can hold the total amount to be applied to future training or fees.
