California Coastal Cleanup Day Marsh Work Day
Celebrate California Coastal Cleanup Day by pulling aggressive spartina grass and other invasive plants at the Arcata Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary on Saturday, September 16, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Volunteers will meet at 9 a.m. at the South G Street parking lot of the Arcata Marsh Interpretive Center. Wear a long sleeve shirt, work pants and boots and bring water. Gloves, tools, snacks and beverages will be provided.
