Annual Holiday Open House in Friendly Henderson Center
Kick off your holiday season with family and friends at the annual Henderson Center Merchant Association’s Holiday Open House. Thursday, November 17 from 5:00-8:00pm. This long-standing tradition provides a gathering place for the community to meet and enjoy special treats like cookies and hot chocolate, some entertainment and 3 hour only shopping specials at participating businesses!
Here's a few examples of what’s happening…
• Take pictures with Mr. and Mrs. Santa at the Discovery Shop
• Shady Lady Window Coverings & Design- live music (14 ukulele players!) and refreshments
• Don’t miss Shafer’s Ace Hardware’s famous bucket sale! 30% off everything you can fit in the bucket!
• The Discovery Shop will have a live Elf on the Shelf event, free cookies and more!
• Redwood Capital Bank will be offering free treats
• Annie's Shoes will have a mystery drawing with 10-40% off your purchase.
• Pacific Paper Co. will have a drawing for an electric sit/stand desktop work station as well as 20% off storewide!
• Fin-N Feather pet shop will have a 50/50 raffle during the open house only. Tickets are $5.
• Nurture Salon & Skin Care Studio – 7th Anniversary Party & annual sale! Raffle items, giveaways and refreshments.
• Toy Box will have 20% off storewide from 10-8pm!
• The Salvation Army have their canteen on F Street. Enjoy hot chocolate and some entertainment.
• Eureka Police Department Captains will be walking/talking. Eureka Fire Dept. will also be on F Street. Stop by and thank these heroes for their service.
• Shady Lady is hosting Allen Rode, a local beekeeper who will "bee" offering free samples of locally grown honey, infused honey and a variety of handcrafted skin care products. They will also have a local musician playing music.
• Yarn will be giving away cups of hot Holiday Tea and free samples of several food products, including Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate. Visit their pop-up shop with Essence of Humboldt and Needle Felted Ornament making for kids just $5 per child.
