Advance Base and Nicholas Krgovich
Outer Space is excited to host two far-flung musicians on a national tour together -- Advance Base of Chicago, IL and Nicholas Krgovich of Vancouver, BC. Advance Base is the solo recording project of singer/songwriter Owen Ashworth (formerly of Casiotone for the Painfully Alone), whose warm electronic sound has been described as "lo-fi," "depressed" & "weirdly uplifting." Nicholas Krgovich is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist with a deep commitment to exploring the endless possibilities of pop and an ear for sonic detail, resulting in music best described as “a glowing, feather-soft ... daydream”. This evening is sure to create an intimate house-show vibe and strike a chord of misty nostalgia.
