A Reason to Listen
The next A Reason to Listen, Humboldt’s longest-running live poetry event, is happening Thursday, February 6 at 7pm at Septentrio’s Barrel Room in Arcata(935 I Street). This month’s feature will be Eureka’s inaugural Poet Laureate David Holper, who will be reading from his new book, The Church of the Very Last Chance. Copies will be available for purchase and signing. Sign-ups begin at 6:30pm. Live music by the amazing DJ Goldylocks. Live art by the inimitable Dre Meza.
