4th Annual Art Brew and BBQ
Please join the community of Rio Dell on May 14th, 2016 from 3PM-8PM at the 4th Annual Art, Brew and BBQ, which is a FREE - that's right FREE - Family Fundraising Event that will help the Eagle Prairie Arts District (EPAD) provide workshops and other various art programs. EPAD is a not-for-profit organization in Rio Dell whose mission is to help merge local businesses/community groups and artists by bringing various types of visual, creative and intergenerational arts to the community.
Just some of the activities:
Pulled Pork Sandwiches by Hops BBQ - PRE-SALE TIX for $12 available at BIGFOOT'S New and Recycled Treasures.
Kids area with Bouncy House, FREE Firetruck Rides, Live Music - John David Young Conspiracy , Richard LaPreziosa from the Miracle Show) with more TBA - Beer & Wine Tasting - Vendors (Farmers, Businesses/Organizations, Garage Sale/Flea market items, Art and Homemade wares/products, Food products) - Raffles
Vending Information:
Are you a business or organization that would like to donate an item for our raffle, or would like to be a vendor to educate event attendees about your service or product?
Are you an artist, musician, fire dancer or some other talented individual who would like to participate in some way?
Are you someone interested in vending your goods - Art, Food, Garage Sale/Flea Market, Homemade wares/products, any other fun items (Nothing Prohibited by local law - Family Friendly Please)?
Then we NEED YOUR HELP to continue our mission.
Fees (All will go the benefit EPAD) for 10x10 space
Rio Dell/Scotia residents - $10
Non-Resident of Rio Dell/Scotia - $20
Eagle Prairie Arts District showing in Gallery FREE
