Eureka Rhododendron Parade

Every year on the last weekend of the month of April, hundreds of people come from all over the area to watch and participate in the Rhododendron Parade. The parade is a region-wide event coordinated with the Old Town Rotary Club along with the efforts of several local clubs and organizations. Classic cars, floats, horses, tractors, bands, and more all come decorated with pink and red blooms and other various plants and flowers to pay homage to the Rhododendron. Any individual, organization, or business is welcome to participate

The parade begins on 7th street traveling East before turning down H street and concluding in Henderson Center. The parade starts promptly at 10 A.M. Floats should be positioned in the lineup by 9 A.M. Bands and drill teams should be positioned no later than 9:30 and horses between 9:30 and 9:45.
