Portia Bramble, Executive Director of the North Coast Growers Association, stopped in to invite folks to a meeting later on this evening. The Arcata Farmers Market is hoping to have a solid plan for restricting traffic on the plaza during Saturday markets that would better serve our community. NCGA hopes to implement these new traffic controls when the season kicks back into gear in April. Right now, they have drafted a proposal from their studies and are seeking input on that proposal at the meeting tonight at 5p in the Arcata Community Center. Check out the proposal online at northcoastgrowersassociation.org or pick up a copy at tonight's meeting.
