Financial Resource Center (FRC) a non-profit agency, has been serving the North Coast community since 1987. FRC is accredited through the Council on Accreditation for Children and Family Services, a nationally-recognized, independent accrediting body. FRC is also a member agency of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling, guaranteeing the highest standards of fiscal integrity, quality service delivery, and client database security.
Our employees and all-volunteer board of directors, made up of local people from diverse backgrounds that care about the financial well-being of individuals and families in the community, are dedicated to our mission and purpose.
