'Wings of Freedom Tour 2019'
"Wings of Freedom Tour 2019" The Collings Foundation is bringing B-17 Flying Fortress, B-24 Liberator, B-25 Mitchell, P-51 Mustang, and P-40 Warhawk to the Arcata Airport, Mon. June 10-1 to 5pm, Tues. June 11-9am to 5pm, Wed June 12 -9am to 12pm. Follow the Airplane signs to event airport parking. Viewing the planes and historic exhibits is Free. Walking through these historic planes is Free for WWII veterans, and $15 for adults, and $5 for children 12 and younger. Hot Food & drinks sold by USMC Support Group's food truck Tues. June 11th. Mon June 10th & Wed June 12th Cold food & drinks are available inside Airport Terminal at Ramone's in the Lobby. Flights on these planes are also available and the cost is tax-deductible.
