Wet Felting Class
Learning the basics of wet felting! This fun workshop will teach you about the process of bonding wool fibers together using the wet felting method. We will explore laying out loose fibers and working them together to form a new and unique fabric. You'll have the opportunity to make an abstract, decorative textured piece or even try creating a picture in wool. When finished, you can use your completed felted work to stitch into, frame, cut into and reshape, and so much more. Go home with a fabulous piece of felted art and brand new skills. Materials saved from the landfill: wool, yarn, synthetic & natural fibers Skills you'll learn: felt making Ages 10 and up, with paid adult accompaniment.
