Weeding Wednesday
Want to unwind after work while meeting new people and learning about native plants? Join Friends of the Dunes on the first and third Wednesday of the month for some light weeding and landscaping around the Humboldt Coastal Nature Center. Volunteers remove easy-to-pull annual grasses while enjoying ocean and bay views from the Nature Center. Latecomers welcome, drop-in when you can. Tools, gloves, and training will be provided.
