Thinkin’ & Drinkin’ is back! Trivia at the Gyppo Ale Mill! Every other Tuesday of the month from 6:30 to 7:30. Local legend and personality behind, Dave’s Pilsner, David Gilchrist will entertain you and have you scratching that nogging trying to reach into your brain for the answer to the funniest most random question. His curated list of questions will have you giggling but most importantly keep a smile on your face.
The Gyppo Ale Mill is proudly and humbly open 7 days a week. Gyppo offers 12 locally brewed beers on tap, a full menu featuring locally caught fish and chips, and local grass-fed, organic, non-GMO burgers.
Our hours of operation is weekdays 4-8 PM and weekends 11-8 pm. We also want to remind the community that we offer a rotation of local musical talent every Friday and Saturday from 5-8 PM.
