In this workshop, participants will learn the process of wood selection, mushroom species, inoculation techniques, and the process of achieving successful mushroom fruiting. This easy method of mushroom cultivation is a great way to grow nutritious, protein-rich food for you and your family. Whether you are interested in backyard cultivation or market production, this introductory class will get you on your way.
Participants will each take home a shiitake log!
