Summer at Camp SCRAP!
Summer is almost here and SCRAP Humboldt is offering 4 sessions of Summer Camp! Young people will explore the reuse possibilities of all of the discarded materials in the world around us, play games, try experiments, and make quality, useful projects infused with their own artistic ideas.
Camp SCRAP is an art camp centered on themes of creative reuse. This camp is for children who LOVE inventing, making, and bringing their creative ideas to life! Each day there will be a fun mix of staff lead projects and time for free building. within the themes of Collage/Assemblage, Sculpture, Drawing/Painting, Sewing and more. Campers will have access to a craft supply wall chock-full of materials to reuse.
Session 1: June 20-24 8:30am-3:30 pm - $175/week
Session 2: June 27-July 1 - Half Day Camp 8:30am to 12pm- $20 per day* or $100 for the week.
Session 3: July 11-15 8:30am-3:30p - $175/week
Session 4: July 18-22 8:30am-3:30p - $175/week
