Strong at The Heart Book Signing
Northtown Books and the North Coast Rape Crisis Team invite you to a book party and benefit on Friday, April 4, at 7 p.m. The event celebrates the publication of the paperback edition of STRONG AT THE HEART: How It Feels to Heal from Sexual Abuse, by Arcata author Carolyn Lehman. Wine and food will be served. Book sales will benefit NCRCT. STRONG AT THE HEART contains first person accounts, illustrated with photographs, of men, women and teens who talk about what happened to them and the ways they found to heal, including making that first call for help.
