Ferndale Dance Academy celebrates Its 10th anniversary!
This year the Ferndale Dance Academy presents, Starlight Serenade, an original production written and narrated by Laura and Michael East. The story takes place on the back lot of a Hollywood movie studio and follows a girl named Judy as she endeavors to get a screen test to play Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz. Along the way she meets a screenwriter with writer's block, a jaded movie star, and an actor from the silent era who is terrified to speak on film. This lively and theatrical production is approximately 1.5 hours in length and is great entertainment for all ages. |
