Stand Up Paddle Fitness

Every Sunday in September, October, and November • 9:00-10:15 AM. Get all the benefits of cardio, core, and balance training while you escape the walls of the gym for the fresh air of Humboldt Bay. This once a week morning routine will help you reach your fitness goals in a supportive yet challenging class. All levels of experience are welcome! Fee Includes: 75 minute session, instruction, and gear.
