Smokey Bear's 75th Birthday Celebration
Join us as we honor Smokey Bear's 75 years of fire education at this fun, family-friendly event. There will be a "Ranger-led" campfire program, songs and birthday cake. Fire fighters will talk about fire safety and demonstrate how they put out fires. Smokey himself will arrive on a fire truck to greet visitors and pose for pictures. Highway 101 exit #661 at Weott, 2 miles south on Avenue of the Giants to Burlington Visitor Center.
