Sanctuary Forest Silent Auction
Sanctuary Forest is excited for our third and final auction in our Silent Auction Series on Facebook! The third Silent Auction will begin November 15. Items will be posted November 15, and bidding will begin at noon. Bidding will end at noon November 22. We will be auctioning 15 awesome items! HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Visit our Facebook event (see webpage link), and click on the “Discussion” tab in the event (located just under the title). Scroll down through the discussion—all auction items will be posted SEPARATELY in the discussion. Each item photo will be captioned with the item description, minimum bid and requested bid increment amount. Comment on the item you wish to bid on with your bid amount. Bidders are responsible for checking the bidding progress on their desired items and for knowing when bidding ends. Bidding will end at noon on November 22. VIDEO TUTORIAL: On the first day of the event, we will post a video tutorial on how to navigate through the event and how to bid. This video will be posted in the event Discussion, and also on our Facebook page. We will post a video for desktop users, and also a video for smartphone users. DOOR PRIZES: One random event attendee (no bid required) AND one random bidder will receive a door prize! Door prizes will be mailed to the winners, or can be picked up at our office. ITEM WINNERS: Please contact us following the end of the auction: anna@sanctuaryforest.org, or call 986-1087 x 9#. You may pay for your item in person or through our website. If you do not contact us within a reasonable amount of time, we may offer the item to the next highest bidder. We will make every effort to contact you first.
