Self Defense Class

Hey people that are probably walking in a public place right now with your head down looking at your phone....You might about to be attacked. Hate to scare you, but if you take a self-defense class along with Aikido you will be prepared and alert! Tues Sept 9 and Thurs Sept 11 5:30-7:30 PM on the CR Main Campus
