Sara Milonvich and Greg Anderson
Sara Milonovich is a rarity in the music world... a successful singer, fiddler, composer, and bandleader in her own right, while at the same time a sought-after accompanist for a number of other artists in many musical genres. She has worked as an accompanist and collaborator with such artists as Richard Shindell, Pete Seeger (on his Grammy-winning At 89 album), Eliza Gilkyson, Cathie Ryan, Mountain Quickstep, and Antje Duvekot,among others. The show is co-sponsored by Humboldt Folklife Society. Milonovich will be performing songs from her release Daisycutter and will be joined by guitarist Greg Anderson. New York singer-songwriter Liana Gabel will open the show.
