Contestants will be judged on "Talent," a "Water Crossing," Ball Gown, Bribery, and a Q & A. Music By Lost Lot. The Rutabaga Queen and her court preside over the Kinetic Grand Championship with will take place one week later. Admission is only $7 if you bring your own reusable beverage container.
