This workshop is designed to help with stress and mental over-activity. Through restorative yoga postures, yoga nidra and stress-relieving essential oils, we will use this night to turn down the intensity and tune into a new state of consciousness. Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique that helps to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system.
