In these busy times, our bodies need massage every day! In this 3 hour workshop, Samantha will guide you through a full body self massage practice with the use of Tune Up Balls, using her knowledge as a Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist.

Enjoy a fun practice with delicious rolling and lots of laughter
Close practice with Yin Yoga and Awareness of Breath practices.

Samantha's TheraYoga Method (TM) combines the use of ball therapy, alignment, breath awareness and active asana practice to create a completely holistic experience. Areas of tightness are released and areas that are weak, are strengthened. This allows for healing through all systems of the body, opening fascial restrictions to more “juiciness” and giving our bodies the ability to heal deeply, from the inside out.
