The program, titled “Pass or Fail? The State of Education,” features filmed stories from Nikhil Goyal, TED talk speaker and author of “One Size Does Not Fit All: A Student’s Assessment of School,” and Sajan George, the founder of Matchbook Learning, a school-turnaround organization. Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Snacks and beverages are available. Lifetree Café is located on the corner of 13th St. and Union, Arcata at Campbell Creek Connexion. Lifetree Café is a place where people gather for conversation about life and faith in a casual coffeehouse-type setting.
