Pints 4 Nonprofits :: Community Cornerstone
Join us Wednesday August 28th from 2-6PM as we raise money and learn about Community Cornerstone, an extremely valuable community organization that provides training opportunities to physically, mentally and developmentally disabled adults living in Southern Humboldt and Northern Mendocino Counties. The goal of Community Cornerstone is to help these individuals reach their potential in self-esteem, quality of life and ability to participate in their surrounding community and enjoy the week days working, playing & spending time with friends! Pints 4 Nonprofits isn’t just about raising money, it is about raising awareness for all the amazing nonprofits in our community. Come on in, we’ll pour you a pint and you can meet and learn about the people behind these organizations that are volunteering their time and energy in so many different ways. Each pint of beer purchased between the event hours, the Gyppo Ale Mill will donate $2 to the Community Cornerstone. Gyppo will also provide tins if you so desire to make an additional donation! Sharing these events is another wonderful way to spread the love and help out our local nonprofits! Cheers freewheeling friends!
