Northtown Books Fiftieth Anniversary

It's hard to believe, but it has been half a century since Northtown Books was founded in 1965 (and was actually located in the north part of town). Friday, April 24 at 7 p.m., Northtown will celebrate this momentous anniversary with cake, champagne, and a reading featuring Humboldt poets Jim Dodge, Jerry Martien, and Mark Shikuma.
