Nest in Orbit
On Saturday, August 11 at 8:00 p.m., the Black Faun Gallery is kicking off the Eureka Street Art Festival with Nest in Orbit, a large-scale live drawing performance by Laura Corsiglia, exploring the nest as focus of support and comfort, host to dreams and relentless forward trampoline into time. Nest in Orbit is made of light and shade, with dance by Leslie Castellano and Zuzka Sabata and improvisational sound by Medicine Baul. An installation by Nancy Tobin will be lighting up the windows.
