Muppets From Space (1999)
When adopted Gonzo and his pal Rizzo embark on a journey to find his real family, Gonzo receives messages in his breakfast cereal that leads him to believe that his relatives are actually aliens from a distant planet. After trying to contact them and prove to the world that we are not alone, Gonzo becomes a target and is kidnapped by an evil, paranoid government operative named K. Edgar Singer (Jeffrey Tambor). It’s now up to Kermit and the gang to take on the government and rescue their friend and help him to be reunited with his long lost extraterrestrial family. If they are successful Gonzo will then be faced with the most difficult desicion of his life. Does he climb aboard and join the family he has always wanted or does he stay on Earth with the family and friends that he has always known and loved?
