Marine Protected Areas Among the Northern California Coast

Dr. Sean Craig, marine ecologist, will talk about local MPAs and some of the research conducted for the assessment of various habitat types including rocky reefs, intertidal zones, and sandy bottoms. In addition, the talk will include a discussion of the effects of recent warming on coastal marine kelp bed habitats. Donations are appreciated.
