Make Me Laugh!
Make Me Laugh! is back, and we're at the Plaza Grill in Arcata! Join us for our inaugural edition at the Plaza Grill View Room in Arcata. We are so grateful for the opportunity to show Arcata what Make Me Laugh! is all about. If you've never seen the show, it's pretty simple. Local improv jazz duo No Covers gives the show a little class and plays for you. Then we start the show by giving our comedians each 5 minutes to show you how funny they are. Next, we bring audience members on stage (one at a time) and give each of our comedians 60 seconds to try to make each contestant laugh. The contestants who hold out the longest get ridiculously fabulous prizes! It's a competition for both the comedians and the contestants, that no one takes seriously - because it is the silliest time you can legally have in Humboldt County.
