Lynn Jones' Art Show
"Lynn Jones will show her work starting Saturday August 2nd. The collection includes linoleum cut, handset lead plates, and letterpress prints. The exhibition will run through August. Jones will be at the store from 6-9 p.m. to demonstrate her work using a small printing press. A limited number of debut bookplates will be printed during the demo. During an internship with David Lance Goines he introduced her to letterpress printing. After a few projects, I knew I was hooked,” she said. In 2013 Jones moved her business, Just My Type Letterpress & Illustration, to Blue Lake. Friends of the Redwoods Library will serve wine from 6-9pm during the Arts Alive!."
