IV Therapy For LVNs and RNs

This course is designed to prepare the student to start and superimpose intravenous fluids. The content will include types of fluids and devices, rationales for therapies, safety factors, complications, monitoring and preparation of site, patient and equipment. The course fulfills the requirement of and is approved by the CA State board of Nursing for IV Certification for LVNs.
