Intro to Indigo Dyeing
Discover the magic of Indigo dying! Using dye to repurpose and upcycle fabric is a long tradition. In this class, we will create an array of useful-sized swatches while exploring folding, twisting, bunching, and binding fabric to create shape-resist patterns with indigo. This short in-depth class will focus on techniques and projects that students can easily continue exploring on their own. Dye materials included in class fee. Ages 10 and up, with paid adult accompaniment.
