Free Medical, Dental, Vision Clinic
This is a one-day free medical, dental, vision, massage and health education service, Friday, July 26, 2019. Medical service will include basic medical screening, dermatology, illness diagnosis and minor treatments. Dental service will include fillings, extractions and cleaning. Vision service will do pre-screening, eye exams and prescription glasses. Registration begins at 10:00 a.m.and closes when maximum capacity is reached This free clinic will be at the Fortuna Adventist Community Services Center, 2331 Rohnerville Road, Fortuna.
