This event is geared toward board members and those who work with them, and this month’s topic is Financial Leadership. We will talk about how to understand all of your reports, the importance of developing and using a budget, and what your budget has to do with long-range and contingency planning. Find out how to assess the fiscal health of your organization, how to interpret trends in your financial information, and what to do if you uncover problems. This event will be conducted in English with simultaneous Spanish interpretation.
