Food Summit 2016
This grassroots event seeks to revolutionize how we think about food in our area. Featuring keynote speaker Anna Lappé, nationally acclaimed author of Diet for a Hot Planet, renowned educator and sustainable food advocate, and local food industry experts from Humboldt and surrounding counties, Food Summit 2016 is a daylong symposium aimed at discussing what a healthy food system is and how we can collectively take action to make the food system in our region equitable, economical and environmentally friendly.
