Fire Arts Holiday Sale
Fire Arts Center, Humboldt County’s well-known center for ceramics and fused glass artists, is holding its annual Holiday Sale beginning Friday, November 25th noon-6pm, and every weekend from 10-4 until Christmas Eve. This year, the Fire Arts Gallery is featuring works by its talented staff during November and December. Each year for our Holiday Sale, members and students fill our studio, inside and out, with their ceramics and fused glass art and functional pieces. The Center, which holds adult and children’s classes year-round and offers studio memberships, has been serving our community’s artists for 22 years. Our annual holiday sale is one of the ways the community shows its support for local artists.
Our members and students, younger and older, come to us from all different backgrounds, but have arrived here with the desire to learn to make beautiful, functional or sculptural objects from clay and glass.
