Financial Leadership for Boards
The Northern California Association of Nonprofits invites you to attend our upcoming workshop Financial Leadership for Boards with Colleen Trask on October 20. Fiscal leadership isn't every board member's strong suit and you don't always get a lot of training in financial oversight and budget strategy when you join a new board. This workshop is designed to help board members become more comfortable in their stewardship of nonprofit assets and gain confidence in their responsibilities for the financial health and viability of the organizations they serve.
