We have done our fair share of takeovers before, but nothing like we have going on this coming Thursday! Our biggest event yet. 23 Evil Twin beers will be on tap at The Local Beer Bar starting at 4 If you haven’t had any beers from Evil Twin you are missing out big time. THE PORTHOLE
This beer is made in collaboration with Micah Melton The Aviary and is a modest attempt to imitate The ‘Blueberry’ cocktail as it is served in The Porthole at The Aviary, Chicago. The Porthole is an equally genius and gorgeous infusion vessel designed by Martin Kastner of Crucial Detail design studio. It can be used to create striking cocktails or any other type of infusion - maybe even beer.

EVEN MORE JESUS
A few times in the history of craft beer it has happened that a highly praised beer rises beyond mortal stardom into a higher godly league. Named after atom bomb test grounds, designed by a French car engineer - the bikini was to many a disturbing and degrading creation but fortunately for others a symbol of emancipation. This is attractively light bodied, seductively well balanced and very drinkable Bikini Beer is anything but a sissy beer.

RYAN AND THE BEASTER BUNNY
In Denmark we have a lovely tradition for seasonal beer, and what you have here is certainly no exception. This is a never before seen collaboration between Ryan and the Beaster Bunny. A fluffy and precious Saison originally conceived of on the beautiful island of Fanø on the west coast of Denmark. It may sound like a true fairy tale, but don’t be fooled by it’s cute appearance.
