Doors Open California
Enjoy a tour of the Eureka Theater as part of the California Preservation Foundation’s 2022 Doors Open event. The Eureka Theater was the last theater built by George Mann on the coast of northern California. It is an ultra modern, neon-brilliant 1939 movie house made of concrete. George had an art deco three bedroom apartment on the second floor lounge/balcony where he could go with friends to watch a movie. (second floor is not ADA accessible).
