This hands-on workshop will cover many of the behind-the-scenes aspects of tiered cakes, from timelines and logistics to architecture and construction, and even some decorating! Come learn about all the fundamentals of building a beautiful, delicious wedding cake.
You will learn:
1. What equipment and materials it takes to make a wedding cake.
2. How to plan enough time to make such a large cake.
3. Different kinds of cakes, recipes, and techniques.
4. Basic decorating techniques.
5. Alternatives to a traditional wedding cake.
Light refreshments will be provided.
