For Josephine Johnson, it all began in Greentown, Indiana, a small farming community where she learned to work hard and follow through with things. Where she first sang to trees and listened for the melodies in the nature around her. It’s where Josephine Johnson learned she loved writing--stories, poetry, lyrics, music–working things out on guitar to play open-mics. And then coffee shops, bars and venues like the Arcata Playhouse in far-northern California, the Plough and Stars in San Francisco, The El Cid, and the Pig 'n Whistle in Hollywood.
Josephine released her first album, Elemental, in 2010 in Eureka, California.
Josephine Johnson tours this summer promoting her 2014 release, Let It All Out.

Joanne Rand "continues to push the art pedal to the floor," and has been touring nationally for 30 years. She's currently preparing to release her 14th CD of original songs. Rand has appeared with Bonnie Raitt, Bob Weir, John Hartford, and recently earned a BFA in Music Composition. Rand’s 2010 CD release was submitted for Grammy nomination by San Francisco Recording Academy’s President. You can't keep this woman down--she teaches music, leads workshops and continues to tour Nationally. "Whatever muse inspires Rand only seems to grow stronger with time" - Eugene Weekly.
