Coastal Grove Charter School's Annual Theater Season
Come join us for Coastal Grove Charter School's Annual Theater Festival. Three weeks and three plays put on by Coastal Grove's 7th, 8th and 6th grade classes respectively at the Arcata Playhouse. The 7th grade will kick off the theater festival with a shortened version of Shakespeare's Hamlet Thursday and Friday May 21st and 22nd. The 8th grade will follow with an offering of Alexandre Dumas' The Three Musketeers, Thursday and Friday,May 28th and 29th. The 6th grade class will wrap up this year's season with a play called Give and Take, a series of folk tales from around the world that emphasize we all have choices to make: do we give or take? This show will be performed Thursday and Friday, June 4th and 5th. All shows benefit the Coastal Grove PTO and help the classes take educational trips. All these shows are open to the public. Admission is $5-$10 sliding scale. We hope to see you there!
