Holiday Craft Bonanza
Do you make unique and beautiful items out of reused or reclaimed materials? Do you create handmade gifts? SCRAP Humboldt is seeking vendors for their 2nd annual Holiday Craft Bonanza. The Holiday Craft Bonanza aims to celebrate artists, crafter and makers who reuse materials within their products, however anyone who handcrafts their own goods is eligible to apply. Handmade products will be curated by Lexie of DinoMite! a Re:Boutique artist and The (Re)Workshop coordinator Applications are due by November 10 and can be downloaded online at scraphumboldt.org/programs/holiday/ The Holiday Craft Bonanza will take place during Arts! Arcata from 6pm to 9pm on Friday December 12 and Saturday December 13th from 10a.m. to 5p.m. The Holiday Craft Bonanza will be located at SCRAP Humboldt and the adjacent Commons House at the Marsh Commons. SCRAP Humboldt is Humboldt County's first creative reuse center located in the Marsh District on the corner of south G street and H street in Arcata. SCRAP Humboldt is a project of SCRAP a 501c3 nonprofit. SCRAP Humboldt plays a vital role in our community by diverting useable materials from the waste stream, educating people about creative reuse and providing inexpensive art, craft, and office supplies.
