Unify your mind, body and soul through a Cacao Yoga Ceremony. Guatemalan chocolate will initiate our journey, helping to open the physical and energetic Heart. An all level Vinyasa class will stimulate a deeper exploration of Self. Extended savasana will include shamanic drumming, singing bowls, native flutes and other sound allies. Energetic and verbal transmissions will be intuitively offered throughout the ceremony. Bring all of You to the experience and be prepared to unfold radical shifts.
Please bring a water bottle, journal for any inspirations and a sense of playful curiosity.
