Brunch in Bayside 100-mile Challenge

Bayside Community Hall invites the public to Brunch (to go) in Bayside 100-mile challenge on Sunday, October 25, from 10am to 2pm at the Hall. For this very special meal, the Hall’s chefs have created a menu using only items sourced from our foodshed, about a 50-mile radius around the Hall. The menu includes a breakfast ratatouille with sausage or roasted shitake garnish, potatoes dauphinoise, braised greens with roast squash, apple and chevre, quinoa salad and wine poached pears. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten- and dairy-free options are available. Pre-order online by October 22 to ensure availability. Proceeds support restoration of the Hall's 80-year old wood frame windows.
