The Northern California Association of Nonprofits invites the public to October’s Board Leadership Roundtable. This event is geared toward board members and those who work with them. This month’s topic is Nonprofit Board and Organization Assessment and Evaluation. It's time to reassess your board! How well is your board doing its job? How can you tell? At this roundtable you will learn ways to evaluate your board, individual board members, and your organization to see how to improve your organization's performance and effectiveness.
