Board Leadership Roundtable
The Northern California Association of Nonprofits invites the public to May’s Board Leadership Roundtable. This event is geared toward board members and those who work with them and this month’s topic is Nonprofit Board Orientation and Training. Once you have managed to recruit good board members, it can be very disappointing to have one or more of them resign after just a few months or a year. What can you do to retain good people once they are on your board? Orientation and continuous training can make the difference!
